You can hire ACR self drive cars if you are 21 years old holding a valid driving license with minimum 2 years of driving experience.
What should be the minimum period of hire for ACR?
Minimum reservation period for booking Amaze Car Rentals in Goa is 2 days (09.00 AM to 09.00 AM – 24 hrs).
Do I Need To Book The Vehicle In Advance?
Yes, To get your vehicle of choice for your travel period we recommend you to book in advance.
What If I Have To Change The Location Of Drop Off?
We strictly recommend not to change the location of drop off which may incur you with additional charges.
Is there any charges for late return of the vehicle?
Yes, as per our policy, the day is calculated from 9 am to the next day 9 am. If the renter is late by more than 5 minutes, the charge for a full day rental will apply
What should be the "KMS" for period of hire?
ACR offers unlimited KMS of travel to its customers for their travel period within state of Goa.

What Are The Documents I Will Require To Hire from Amaze Car Rentals?
To avail our services compulsory documents are valid driving license with no endorsement for last 2 years and valid Aadhaar card or any other id proof. Originals will be verified before delivery of vehicle. Your booking is subject to cancellation if originals are not produced at the time of delivery.
Amaze Car Rentals will securely collect and hold my original documents?
Indeed, Amaze Car Rentals will securely retain your original documents until the car is returned without any damage or overdue payments.

Payment
What Are The Mode Of Payments Available, Can I Do Payment By Cash?
We exclusively accept card payments, net banking, or mobile wallets. Cash is accepted for the remaining amount during vehicle pickup, and we do not accept cash for advance or booking payments.
Is the Security Deposit Included in the Rent?
No, the security deposit is separate and must be paid at the vehicle pickup. Rental charges cover the rent period, pick-up/drop charges, and government taxes.
What is the Security Deposit Policy?
Amaze Car Rentals collects a minimum refundable deposit of Rs.3000/- at the beginning of your rental period via QR Code/UPI/NEFT/Cash, which is promptly refunded at the conclusion of your rental period.
Responsibility for Challans, Fines, Parking Fees, and Tolls
The hirer/renter assumes full responsibility for the mentioned charges during the rental period. Any fines incurred will be notified, and applicable charges will be collected accordingly.
